I don't think she'll want to be near JFK. most of it is industrial.. and prtety ghetto. If she wants something moderate in manhattan. the Affinia Group of hotels is quite nice and well prices. Hotelbewertung... evaluate on the average level. The most weak side is meal. We were with two children, one is 4,5 year old, another 1,3. There was no special meal for kids, nothing at all. We had to buy all food for younger child in the supermarket in the town. Great family vacation, perfect hotel, yes!... few guests (end of April) the weather was great. most days were sunny and we could swim. The beach wasn't quite set up the first few days but then we swam in the sea anyway. My 4 year old loved the kids club, really sweet team there.
